    We provide four types of crates, depending on the artwork’s requirements: Museography Crates – High-security wooden crates with humidity control and shock detectors. Art Crates – Similar to museography crates but with lighter materials and no shock detectors. Eco Crates – An environmentally friendly option using recycled materials. Soft Packing – Bubble Kraft and foam corner protection for local or short-term moves.
  • Do you offer door-to-door transportation?
    Yes, we provide full door-to-door services, including customs clearance and final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • What security measures do you have in place during transportation?
    Our trucks are equipped with air suspension to prevent vibrations, climate control for temperature-sensitive pieces, GPS tracking, and other security measures to ensure safe transit.
  • Can I track my shipment?
    Yes, we provide tracking options so you can monitor your artwork’s journey in real-time.
  • Do you provide airport supervision for fine art shipments?
    Yes, we can assign a dedicated supervisor for handling at the airport and arrange for an escort to accompany museum couriers on international shipments.
